WIP-WED: Productive Week!

I've got my mojo going again, it feels good to be inspired to sew! I made these to send to my friend Penny in Troy, PA. She's just moved to a bigger storefront and she's offered to sell projects. Color me hopeful!

String bags...my own design. Like snowflakes, no two are exactly alike :) A fun way to use fabric.

WIP WEDNESDAY~DELIVERED!

So, I finished this a while ago and I've been waiting for the recipient to visit so I could give it to her...well, I just couldn't take it anymore, so I finally shipped it! It's been delivered and "installed" :) She likes it! :) Have a GREAT day, and thanks for stopping by!

I know you can't see the white very well, but it's textured just like the grey. Loving these linen looks:

WIP WEDNESDAY~QUILT LABELS!

My sister, Julie@ www.runninghen.blogspot.com is a lucky duck (this works on multiple levels...she's an Oregon Duck...I'm an Oregon State Beaver and we're mortal enemies, but I digress...) got a BEAUTIFUL embroidery machine for Christmas 2012, and I've been the winner. She makes me gorgeous labels for my quilts! I'm so glad I helped her pick it out :) Here are some recent samples of what she's done: She just made this one for my quilt for my little cousin, Elena:
