I Quilt~Like A Chicken!

I Quilt @ Pretty Bobbins

I'm a chicken. I'm afraid of free motion on my home machine so I quilt 1/4" off the seam. On this quilt it looks pretty good:




















I'm also enjoying quilt-as-you-go projects. This will be a set of 6 placemats, from a pattern inspired by Cori George of Let's Eat Grandpa  http://letseatgrandpa.com/

    The straight line quilting looks fantastic on that quilt! And your placemat is really cute, I have yet to try Quilt as you go. So you're not a chicken, you just do what works for you!
